An Observation

I think that one of the smartest and dumbest things that people do is to assume that others will react to a certain situation the same way they do.

    Or is it smart if the other person is smart and dumb if the other person is dumb?

    ... probably a little of both.

    Something like that.

    If you're a rational person and the other person is too, it's smart. But if the other person isn't, then it's dumb.

    For example, it would be foolish for me to assume that Jordan would react to a certain situation the same way I would.
